MATTERS is finalizing its new and improved rapid referral platform for opioid use disorder.
The new platform will make the referral process easier than ever, while still linking individuals to the treatment and resources needed in their recovery journey.
FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT SERVICES
MATTERS referrals come with several barrier-reducing services including follow-up support.
Our staff contacts patients within 72 hours of being referred and again at 30, 60, and 90 days to help navigate barriers to treatment and support continuity of care.
