MATTERS’ Physician Advisor, Dr. Robert McCormack, testified at the New York State (NYS) Assembly Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse in support of legislation to expand access to treatment for opioid use disorder.

McDonald III, Phillip Steck, and the NYS Assembly Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse for having Robert McCormack, MD, MBA, FACEP and the MATTERS team Caleigh Loughran & Lucy Connery MPH testify today during the public hearing. This hearing focused on the availability of services for indiv iduals with a substance use disorder after the COVID-19 pandemic.
