Connect to Virtual Care

MATTERS has partnered with the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center (UPMC) and UBMD Emergency Telemedicine to expand access to virtual treatment for opioid use disorder. Select one of the options below to schedule an appointment.

Drug Test Strips

The Allegheny County Health Department provides free fentanyl and xylazine test strips for pick-up Monday-Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. Click here to submit an order.

Naloxone

Pick up free naloxone from the Allegheny Department of Health or at a variety of outdoor kiosks available 24/7. Click here for a resource map.

Sterile Syringes

Prevention Point provides free, sterile syringes to residents across Pennsylvania. Click here to find a location near you and access resources.
