Dr. Brian Clemency, MATTERS’ Medical Director of Research, received the University at Buffalo’s 2021 Clinical Research Achievement Award after 10+ years of leading a variety of studies in the WNY region and across the country! Dr. Clemency has been a part of the MATTERS team since its inception and his contributions are invaluable to our mission.

The Clinical Research Achievement Award is announced annually. Dr. Clemency was a finalist for this award in 2019 and continues to make strides in clinical research in Western New York and across the nation.

We are extremely grateful to have Dr. Clemency on the Leadership Team leading our research efforts through the MATTERS Network. Data collection and evaluation is a key part of our work and deliverables.
